We couldn't play the way we wanted to. In the first half, we conceded too many transitions due to our mistakes. We believed until the end, and we had a bit of luck, but we never gave up".

Lazio Ultras are protesting against President Claudio Lotito because they feel the head coach, Marco Baroni, is a downgrade after Maurizio Sarri and Igor Tudor. After a win against Venezia, Baroni said, "I know that I have to prove myself. I keep telling the players to express the Lazio essence and to help each other out, being 11 bodies on the pitch and a single soul. That must never be lacking."
